Buy It Now Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
All vehicles offered for sale by Motorflog LTD are sold on an “as is, where is” basis. This means all sales are made without any express or implied warranty, including (without limitation) any warranty of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose.
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
It is solely your responsibility to carry out any inspections, checks, and enquiries necessary to satisfy yourself regarding a vehicle’s condition, status, specification, and history before purchase.
You agree that vehicles sold by Motorflog LTD:
- May not be roadworthy
- May not be mechanically sound
- May require substantial repairs at your expense
- May not be fit for transportation or any specific purpose
- May be of unsatisfactory quality considering the purchase price paid
The term “Fees” refers to any applicable buyer fees or charges payable in respect of a vehicle purchase.
2. Trade Sales Only
By purchasing from Motorflog LTD, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing in your capacity as a Trade Member
- Consumer protection laws do not apply
- All implied statutory terms and warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law
You further acknowledge that:
- Motorflog LTD specialises in used, damaged, recovered stolen, insurance write-off, and salvage vehicles
- You are purchasing vehicles with a view to trade and profit
- These Terms & Conditions are fair and reasonable in all circumstances
3. Acceptance of Terms
You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions when making a purchase via Motorflog LTD.
Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is an absolute condition of using our services. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must not use our services.
4. Buy It Now Purchases
All Buy It Now purchases are final and sold on an “as is, where is” basis.
Before making a Buy It Now purchase, it is your sole responsibility to carry out all necessary inspections and enquiries regarding the vehicle’s condition, status, and history.
Motorflog LTD reserves the right to cancel any Buy It Now order before or after acceptance. If payment has already been made, any monies paid will be refunded in full.
5. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Vehicles offered for sale may:
- Be damaged
- Be incomplete
- Be missing components or parts
- Require repair or transportation
Motorflog LTD (and the seller, where applicable) expressly disclaims all representations, warranties, guarantees, and mileage declarations, whether written or verbal.
Motorflog LTD accepts no responsibility for losses arising from defects, omissions, or errors in paperwork issued by:
- DVLA
- VOSA
- Any government department or competent authority
Risk passes to the buyer immediately once the Contract of Sale has been concluded.
Motorflog LTD reserves the right to cancel any concluded sale contract at its absolute discretion. If cancelled, any monies already paid will be refunded.
6. Import & Export Responsibility
It is entirely the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all:
- Import/export procedures
- Inspections
- Taxes and fees
- Emissions requirements
- Registration requirements
relating to any vehicle purchase.
7. Vehicle Collection & Storage
Vehicles must be collected within 4 calendar days of purchase.
Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in storage charges of:
£15 + VAT per day
until the vehicle is collected.
8. Limitation of Liability
Given the nature of the vehicles sold and the trade-only nature of our services, you acknowledge and agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability contained within these Terms & Conditions are fair and reasonable.
By purchasing from Motorflog LTD, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- You accept them in full
- You understand that all purchases are made strictly on a trade basis and entirely at your own risk
